Doing exclusive shows with a diversity of projects abroad. Working with talented friends in & around the studio. Playing Roadburn Festival 2013 with Nihill. Getting signed with MEINL.
Playing extreme music with a human measure. Being versatile, reliable and creative. Bringing other people their work to a higher level while bringing something new to the table.
Drumming means to me:
An endless path of developing, challenging and expressing myself, and a great way to work together with different people, towards numerous goals.
Advice for up and coming drummers:
Approach your music from various angles! Always be open for feedback. Listen to everything & everyone and then extract what works for you. This is key to musical growth.
How would you describe yourself:
Very reliable(!), honest, appreciative, serious, hard-working and open-minded.
When I look back on my life one day, I would like to be able to say:
I’ve lived it my way and achieved the things I’ve worked hard for - I wouldn’t want to trade it with anyone!
