With MEINL since:
January 17, 1982
Place of birth:
Currently living in:
New York/Los Angeles
Some time in the mid to late 90's.
Car that you currently drive:
Anything with wheels and a good stereo
Not counting on drums what do you do for fun:
There are things in the world besides drums?
Jason Gianni and the rest of the faculty at the amazing Drummers Collective in NYC.
Highlight of your career so far:
Every time I get to play the drums it’s a highlight, seriously!
Creativity, groove, expressiveness, ability to play a variety of styles authentically,
Drumming means to me:
Everything! It’s a challenge, it’s incredibly fun, and it keeps the kids off the streets and away from drugs!
Advice for up and coming drummers:
Remember to have fun, work hard, and definitely study at a place like the Drummers Collective! Don’t limit yourself to just one style, be creative, and always be yourself!
How would you describe yourself:
I would consider myself to be a kind, caring, thoughtful individual, who lives and breathes music, drums, and drumming.
When I look back on my life one day, I would like to be able to say:
I’m still killin’ it in the old-age home! Oh and damn I was lucky to hang with Vinnie Colaiuta, and jam with Glenn Hughes from 2016 on!
