Being the backbone as well as a teamplayer

Drumming means to me:

It's difficult to not answer this question without saying the obvious "everything" but it's even harder to imagine a life without playing drums.

Advice for up and coming drummers:

Of cource practise but also open up to (drum-) ideas from ohter musicians like singers and guitarists you work with, be a teamplayer

How would you describe yourself:

not easy to be satisfied

When I look back on my life one day, I would like to be able to say:
