Playing Fuji Rock festival in Japan and the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville.

Imitating the drummers I love, playing melodically, and having fun.

Making people feel music and making people move.

Advice for up and coming drummers:

Listen. Play other instruments. Learn, then forget everything you've learned and stop thinking.

How would you describe yourself:

Creative and passionate, and pretty much in love with art and life.

When I look back on my life one day, I would like to be able to say:

I made some small contribution to the history of music, and the music I created made people happy.
