Advice for up and coming drummers:
Practice tons, stay humble, practice rudiments and apply them around the kit, and listen to and play with as many different types of music possible. You learn things and get connections in very random ways sometimes. Also, stay open minded when writing songs. Try anything and everything. Learn to play to a click!
