Playing with Pantera and Slayer at Yokohama Arena (Japan), touring with Seemless - spreading the rock n roll soul gospel, and being able to play in bands I TRULY love

Groove, timing, tuning, power and FEEL!

Drumming means to me:

As aggressive as I play, it's the most meditative state I achieve.....

Advice for up and coming drummers:

Play along to slower tempos (between 50 and 70) and hip-hop records.  Always keep an open mind, challenge yourself, let songs BREATHE, and FEEL what you play!
