Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra, Mahler 6

I love this photo of the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra performing Gustav Mahler's 6th (Tragic) Symphony at the Gasteig in Munich, Germany. The four cymbal players are (from left) Guido Marggrander, Markus Steckeler, Markus Meier, and Thomas Schwarz - using our Symphonic Cymbals. When you look closely you can also see our Zebra finish stickbag leaning against the timpani there :-)

The last movement of Mahler's 6th symphony features several dull sounding hammer blows on a huge wooden box. You can see that sledgehammer leaning against the box in the top left of the photo. This section adds a stunning visiual element to that particular Mahler symphony.

Thank's to Peter Meisel for taking this awesome photo.
