BRANN IS TUSKS OF THE MASTODON BEAST!

Some EQ had been nice. A hi pass filter would have done the trick... But it's always a pleasure to (almost) hear Brann talk about his work.

Nice interview - but shocking sound.

"Blood Mountain" is the Album of the Year 2006 ~~~

Sorry for the poor sound quality. I did indeed corner him! We were at Winter NAMM and the only place to do this that had the least amount of noise was the storage closet at our booth. Brann had just finished doing an artist signing for us and I had to catch him before he ran off. Hi pass filter eh?...I'll remember that next time. Thanks for checking out the interview. Much appreciated.

Whats the song played in the background at 6.22? What track is that?

Brann is one cool down to earth due. By some crazy coincidence I met Brann at the ATL airport once. *Ironically I was jammin the hell out of 'March of The Fire Ants' ...

Brann Dailor is one of those people (*like he spoke of) that inspires me to be better and challenge myself every time I get behind one of my kits, on stage, in the studio, at home or in the jam room... Brann has been a major inspiration to me and I believe he will continue to inspire myself and many more as Mastodon continues their path of musical maturity!

Thanks Brann & and Thanks Meinl Cymbals.
