You are one, if not one the greatest influences on me as a drummer and artist. When I was a freshman in college in upstate New York i was turned onto The Steve Kimock Band from your feature article in Modern Drummer. Simply put, I turn as many people onto that music as possible. I was blown away by your creative usage of the cowbell. In all honesty I had never really heard anyone bring to the stage what you did in your own way. I would like to say thank you for keeping traditional grip alive! And thank you pushing the format like you did.
